The School of Inspired Leadership (SOIL) Institute of Management was established in 2008 and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and accredited by the Association of MBAs (AMBA). SOIL Institute of Management Placement 2022

The final SOIL Institute of Management placements 2022 has been successfully conducted for the PG courses. Over 60 companies participated in PGDM placements and most of them were from sectors like banking and financial services and information technology. Over 300 companies from various sectors have recruited students. The highest package offered to the students was Rs 20 LPA. The SOIL Institute of Management average package stood at Rs 9.7 LPA. Around 1,100 students were placed in reputed companies like ACC, BirlaSoft, GSK, Grant Thorton, etc. 95% of the students obtained corporate projects and internships during the placement programme. The highest SOIL Institute of Management placements packages for PGPM and PGPM HR was Rs 19 LPA and Rs 15.5 LPA respectively.
